To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition received, in original packaging, and the refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage, items with missing or damaged packaging, clearance or final sale items, custom or personalized T-shirts (unless defective or incorrect), and digital products are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details. Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions if applicable. Returned items will be inspected, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund.
